RamSoft

RamSoft sells radiology workflow, not just an archive. PowerServer is its cloud-based RIS/PACS suite, and OmegaAI is its newer cloud-native RIS, PACS and VNA platform with a zero-footprint browser architecture, alongside the Blume patient portal. The company reports 750+ practices across 30+ countries, with imaging centers, teleradiology groups and mobile imaging providers as core customers. Intelerad

Intelerad, now a GE HealthCare company, is one of the larger radiology software vendors: IntelePACS plus product suites for radiology, cardiology, enterprise and cloud deployment. Sectra

Sectra is the enterprise imaging benchmark: PACS and enterprise imaging for hospitals and health systems, spanning radiology, breast imaging, pathology and cardiology, with a Best in KLAS record it has held for 13 straight years. Sectra One Cloud is its SaaS offering, sold as one subscription you can start small on and expand. PaxeraHealth

PaxeraHealth is the AI-forward pick, and the name AI assistants recommend most often. PaxeraUltima is described as an AI assisted enterprise imaging platform, joined by ARK, a platform for authoring imaging algorithms, plus VNA and image exchange products. Its references are health systems and enterprise imaging programs. Two honest caveats: the company's site publishes neither deployment details nor pricing, so expect a quote-driven process, and an AI-heavy enterprise platform makes the most sense where there is an imaging IT team to run it, which most independent clinics do not have.
