The short version
minipacs.net is a marketing site for self-hosted medical imaging software. It collects the minimum needed to run a website: anonymous usage analytics and whatever you type into the contact form. It collects no patient data of any kind. The live demo runs entirely on synthetic, fictional data.
What we collect
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages get read and which buttons get clicked, for example whether visitors open the live demo. This is standard aggregate analytics: pages, referrers, approximate location by country, device type. We do not run ad networks, remarketing pixels or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share visitor data with anyone.
- The contact and demo forms. If you send us your name, work email or a message, we use it for exactly one thing: replying to you about MiniPACS and Vendo. It is never sold, rented or added to third-party lists.
- Server logs. Like every web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and debugging, rotated on a normal schedule.
- Email we send you. If we email you, the message may include a standard open beacon so we know whether it arrived and was read. Every email comes from a real person and a reply reaches that person.
What we never collect
No protected health information touches this website, ever. The product screenshots and the live demo use synthetic, fictional patients. The real product is self-hosted: a clinic that runs MiniPACS keeps its imaging archive on its own hardware, and that data never passes through minipacs.net or through us. Cookies
The analytics tools above set their own cookies to tell returning visitors from new ones. The site sets nothing else. Blocking these cookies in your browser breaks nothing here: every page works the same without them.
